Welcome to our inaugural edition our Quarterly Newsletter. The Unionized Electrical Industry is a non-profit organization that promotes fair labor practices through community outreach. It thrives to enhance the image of its founding associations, the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 357 and the Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Contractors Association, working together to elevate our union workforce and signatory contractors.

representing over 4000 electricians in construction, sign industry, telecommunications, trade show industry, traffic signals and more since 1931.

The Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association is a contractor’s association representing the electrical contractors in southern Nevada. Through our partnership with IBEW Local 357 we have completed the largest and most well-known projects in southern Nevada and will continue to do so well into the future.

The Electrical JATC of Southern Nevada develops the skilled workforce that powers today’s electrical and technical industries by providing access to high-paying career opportunities while supporting a steady pipeline of qualified workers for critical infrastructure and construction projects.
Through the IBEW-NECA partnership, apprentices receive top-of-the-industry training, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to earn a paycheck while developing the skills required in today’s high-demand electrical workforce.
